I am not a member of the ACPS, can I still attend the Conference?

Yes, you can still attend the Conference if you are not a member, but you will need to set up a FREE site account to access the registration process for this event.

What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

You will need to go to the “Login” section of the website and select the “Forgotten Password” link so you can generate a new password.

If you have forgotten your username, please contact the Secretariat Office on 02 49264870 and we will issue you with a new username.

What are the payment options for the conference?

Credit card is the only option for payment for the Conference unless you have an agreement with the ACPS for the use of Purchase Orders.

How do I register my exhibitors?

You will need to log in using your username and password, then selecting the “Register Exhibitor” button.  Once you have done that, you will have to enter the exhibitor information and partners if required.

How do I register my delegates?

Only a Corporate Main Contact can register more than one delegate.  You will need to login with your username and password and then from the dropdown box, select how many people you will be registering, and then you will need to select which corporate members will be attending from the dropdown box options.  You will then need to select what activities the delegates will be attending throughout the Conference.

What if I want to bring my partner?

Partners can be added with all registration types by selecting the partner program option.  If you are a corporate or exhibitor, just add the amount of partner programs that will be required for your delegates.

What if I don’t know who my delegates/exhibitors are yet?

What do I do if my password isn’t working?

If your password isn’t working, the first step is to make sure it’s your password that is incorrect not the username.  If the password is incorrect, you will need to generate a new one by using the “Forgotten Password” link.

What if I cancel my registration?

Please see the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy before you cancel your registration so that you are aware of any penalties that may apply.

To cancel the registration, you will need to contact the Secretariat Office on 02 49264870.

What is the ACPS refund policy?

Can I pay in other currencies besides AUD?

Yes, other currencies can be used for payment.

What are the accommodation options?

Can I register for one day only?

Yes you can.  One Day Only registrations are available on the Registration page after you have logged in.

What if I want to only attend for ½ a day?

The only 1/2 day registration available for the Conference will be on Friday the 12th March, 2020
